What exactly do we mean by the term educators? Well, at Literati Bookstore, we consider educators to be anyone and everyone who works with Pre-K-12 students at an affiliated school, nonprofit, tutoring service, afterschool program, volunteer team, or literacy based organization where the goal of the staff is to expand the intellectual breadth of young people. So whether you’re a 4th grade math teacher, a community organizer who gets kids involved in volunteering, a part-time tutor, writing instructor, or the head of an entire school district, we want you to join us!

The evening will include: night-only purchase discounts, discount coupons to use later, light refreshments, access to the newest children's and YA titles, as well as the opportunity to connect with other educators based in Ann Arbor and the surrounding area.

Literati Bookstore staff will be on hand to discuss the variety of ways that we can support the important work you do to promote the expansion of educational opportunities for those in your school and community. Some past opportunities Literati Bookstore has supported are special sponsorship programs, in-school author visits, discounted bulk book orders, fundraising event opportunities, and a Summer Reading Program. This year, we are delighted to share our newest addition to the list of outreach programs, “Shelf Talkers in the Classroom.”

We know how hard you work. This is our special way to say thank you.

We look forward to seeing you!
